They said I was renewing a service I never signed up for and that if I wanted to cancel, I needed to reach to do so. I emailed that I didn’t authorize the charge, the email came back undeliverable from the email it was sent to me from [email protected] and the name Sara Bruxner8292891385. When you call the number from the customer service team, 8052438630 they either hang up or don’t answer. If they do answer, they are vague and don’t cancel the service you never asked for. They also asked me to go to my computer to send me the “cancelation request form “ for me to return, but needed to sync with my computer server to do so. At that point I disconnected the call and am now reporting these scamming pieces of trash.
