I bought a Christmas sweater that was advertised online by Heledok on November 5th, 2022. I reached out to customer support closer to Christmas in December 2022. And they reached out saying that I never actually "completed" my order, and said I still had to choose a size and color. So I emailed them back with the size and color I requested (since the order had already gone through and I had an email confirming the order). After this there was no further communication from them outside of advertisements via email. I reached back out to them numerous times in the coming months requesting for an update on this order. I have since emailed them multiple times asking for the order to just be cancelled since it was a christmas sweater and it is now March of 2023. I also requested a refund. They have not replied to a single email of mine. None of their emails or websites have a phone number to call. I reported this issue to my bank but because I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited this long for the item, the bank is unable to assist... HELEDOK is a scam.
