This company apparently poses on social media sites too as Ignyte Select Line. Ordered something in late November, 2020, and as of March, 2021 after multiple complaints filed, I have received nothing. Pisses me all the way off.

I order a deal on hats on November 16. Payments was taken for item in question. They sent me a tracking number in which i have tracked it back and forth in China for nearly 2 months now. I have emailed them multiple times without response back. It is not January 10th and i still have not been notified that my product has even left China. I would either like my product or my money refunded.

Was an ad on Facebook. It looked legit. I placed the order on Nov 12, 2019. I still have not received the order. It is now 12/8/2019. I have tried to call the number listed, only to receive a voicemail "all agents are currently busy, please leave your name and number and we will return your call within 24 hrs" I have emailed on several occassions, using the hello@ heightenedwonder.com receiving the same "will respond within 24 hrs" again no response.

Funny thing is, I am still receiving emails from them on a daily bases.

They had no issue debiting my account immediately. I work hard for my money, and $130 is hard to lose.

If anyone has a way to get in touch with them or get a refund, I would appreciate the assistance.
