They charged us TWICE $59.84. Then they tried to register my credit card for apple pay. I DO NOT own any apple products. It's unbelievable to rip ppl off.

This is a scam. They postioned themselves as a free gift for doing a survey for Bank of America. The they asked for a 5.00 shipping charge. Once you put in your card, they say it was declined and ask you to put it in again.. Before you know it all kinds of charges appear on your card and they just keep charging.

428327. This is the number in place of a check number or identifying transaction. I have never heard of Heighten Restore Development. I have no record of a check or a receipt for $59.84 on March 9, 2022, or any other date. I have reported this problem to the bank (it's Friday evening now) and await their response. I will take this "mistake" as far as necessary to recover my money.

I received a text message that I won a random drawing from Amazon to receive a free pair of ear pods. All I had to do was pay for shipping. I was skeptical but decided to try it. They asked for credit card info to pay for shipping. Which was about 6$. When I was preceding to check out they tried to get me to agree to several other products and services which you have to decline by clicking on very small print. I got to the end and noticed that there was "warranty" on the product which I really didnt want but proceeded anyway. My total bill was about 20$. About a week later I did get the ear pods in the mail and I was pleased. Today I got another charge on my account for 99$!!!! I called the company and was told by customer service that yes will do charge you full price for the ear pods after 15 days??? I demanded a refund and was told that they would reverse the charge in 5-7 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold twice but no supervisor could be found. I called my bank and informed them that I wanted to dispute the charge. I am awaiting a disposition
