I was hired and signed a 1099 and contracted to work for 30 days. After my "probationary" period they were to mail a check. I did not receive a check. I contacted them numerous times and was in communication until they stopped replying. Theyre CRM site is down, emails are failing delivery now, and phone numbers are disconnected. Still no check, no communication, nothing. Is there any way to go after these guys?

I was hired and contracted to receive and ship packages for 30 days, then after probational period will be hired permanently. I have since not received money promised even after sending 1099 form. All calls to to them is busy and website is down.

Was hired/contracted to receive and ship products for 30 days, then would be evaluated for full time permanent. I received and shipped quite a few high dollar items, I was never paid and now website and phone have been shut down. They went through the whole process of a phone interview, training, and I signed a 1099 and a contract which also is no longer available on Docusign.
