Thanks for getting back to me so promptly,the conditions of the item are greatly acceptable.I am ready to make instant purchase.My mode of payment would be in check, i will make arrangement for a local pick up as soon as you receive the check and it cleared to your account I really wish to be at your location to view the item,but it is not necessary since i would not be chanced to come and view the item due to the nature of my job.
