A place an order with this website an hour later I requested a refund due to reviews on Google saying it was a scam. I received an email back from their customer service 12 hours later saying they were keeping 10% of what I paid due to materials used nothing was used or shipped Due to them responding after 12 hours they’re keeping 10% they don’t refund 100% refund because they wait to respond to any cancellations or customer service needs

Hebeos is a website that I ordered for my wedding dress. It cost me about $213.00 just for this dress. The dress does not fit to me accordingly even though the measurement of my sizing was correct to its size chart from this website. I contacted the merchant about this and I am really upset about this situation because I am not able to get a FULL refund with this dress. They did state that I will have to pay for my own shipping to just return it. However, I believe that it is wrong because they will charge about the amount of my dress according to customers that have tried to refund. I believe that this website is scamming others just to get their money EVEN if you try to refund. Like they stated, I can only get 70% back from them through the store which I believe that it is wrong to do so. It states on the website that we can do returns and refunds. I want to let others know that Hebeos is just scamming others for their poor quality of work especially when you can’t get a refund. They suggest you to alter it or sell or donate it. Like how? I am losing $213.00 just from this.

I recently had a terrible experience with Hebeos. I had ordered a beautiful dusty pink bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding, but to my dismay, I received a neon pink dress instead. I was extremely disappointed with the mistake and immediately contacted the website's customer service to rectify the situation.

To my surprise, the customer service representative was unhelpful and unsympathetic towards my situation. Not only did they refuse to offer me a refund, but they also insisted that I donate the dress to a charity instead. I was appalled by their lack of responsibility and disregard for my needs as a customer.

The dress was clearly not what I had ordered, and I had no use for a neon pink dress. It was a huge inconvenience and added unnecessary stress to my already busy schedule. The fact that the website refused to take any responsibility for their mistake only made matters worse.

As a customer, I feel that it is important for companies to take responsibility for their mistakes and provide a satisfactory solution to their customers. Unfortunately, this website failed to do so, and I would caution others against purchasing from them in the future.

In summary, my experience with this website was extremely disappointing. Not only did they send the wrong dress, but they refused to provide a refund and insisted on me donating the dress. I would not recommend this website to anyone, and I suggest that others look elsewhere for their dress needs.

If the dress doesn't fit you just bought it anyway. EVEN if you send it back you will NEVER see a dime. It is May 25th I have been dealing with them since March! Not one person can help! Communication SUCKS and the ability to provide any type of service.

This is the email I sent customer service after I tried to return the dress. They said it was custom sewn, therefore, I couldn't return it. Even after a couple of emails back & forth, they offered me a 10% refund!

First of all, the dress I received does not look at all like the one pictured. I realize everyone is shaped differently. Second, this is NOT a tailored, made-to-order dress. If that were the case, I would not have had to choose from a chart - I would have been able to give exact measurements! I expected to have the dress hemmed, but not altered everywhere else. Getting the dress to fit the way its supposed to fit is going to cost as much as the actual dress. I will say that the sewing quality was really good, but the material is awful & it looks like a 1980s prom dress! The actual dress is "poofy" on the hips, but not on the website. Also, the circular "breast pads" look absolutely ridiculous! They're extremely noticeable & it looks like my nipples are hard & showing through (which they're not because the pad is so thick). I feel like this dress was poorly misrepresented. I'm glad we only ordered 1 of the bridemades dresses to see how it was going to look before buying all of the bridesmaids dresses! I would NEVER consider recommending this company to anyone! I've gotten 2 emails from their customer service & they basically say "too bad". Before I even placed the order, I looked on their return and refund page to see if there would be any issue if I needed to return the dress & it didn't seem like there would be one as long as I contacted them within 14 days, which I did.

Dress ordered was 3 sizes too large even though I based my order on the size chart provided. The dress was way too large and of very poor quality. There were multiple large stitches showing and broken and missing. I contacted the seller about these issues and they told me to take my dress to a tailor to make it fit. They also told me that if I did need to return the dress there would be a 30% restocking fee. This was not listed in their return policy. The return policy said "worry free" as long as dress is unworn and in same condition as from seller. I researched reviews on Hebeos prior to my purchase and I saw "good reviews" through 3rd party website. Those reviews are fake, this is not a trust worthy company. Please order from somewhere else. The quality is poor, the dress or item is not going to look like what you ordered and they will not refund you your money.

PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE...I placed an order thinking I would be getting the dress in the advertisement, just a different color. When I received the dress, it was absolutely horrendous. The dress was two different colors, light orange and dark orange, it was not the style I ordered and the material was absolutely terrible. I immediately requested my money back, to be told they are denying my request. I am currently disputing through paypal. I hope no one ever ruins their day by ordering from this horrible place. YOU WILL BE UNSATISFIED, I PROMISE.

I purchased a mermaid/trumpet style dress in a yellow satin for daughter senior prom. We received dress in DHL plastic package. It was a yellow yellow satin dress but not the style she ordered from advertisement on website. We received a yellow satin poorly made wedding/bridal gown with a train. It had 3/4 quarter sleeves, when should have been a full sleeve; shoulders are covered and should be off the shoulders, it was flared with train, should have been tight fitting from waist to knee like mermaid then flare out to hem.

She didn’t like it, and it was two days before prom purchased another dress with promise on their website to take returns if not liked as long as item is returned unworn, plus it was a different dress period from hebeos. Contacted hebeos Next day via chat on website. Was told to send pics of dress. We did with her in it pointing out the differences and a pic from website of what we ordered and expected. They told me it fits perfectly and to take to have minor alterations. I replied via email no she doesn’t want and didn’t wear it so we’d like our money returned. They said again kindly take and have altered we made to her specifications/measurements. I said no I won’t if it was made to her measurements it would fit like a Mermaid style dress and most importantly it isn’t the dress she ordered! So, please send return form so we can get our money back. They stopped replying to emails and chat. I looked up on internet and there are videos of people ordering dresses and expecting that dress but material is cheap and not matching advertisement. Also I wasn’t able to leave a review on their website and there a two fake reviews from person I received emails from. Please stop this business. I offered they take it back and alter it correctly to fit or return my money. No response !

This company is the absolute WORST one out there. First of all, their customer service is a joke. They have NO INTENTION of even remotely helping you in any way, shape or form with ANY problem you have with their dresses. They have no phone number, and each time you email you get a different person answering you with some bogus name. And every time it's the same answer; "bring it to a tailor." In other words, "not our problem anymore, we already have your money and we have no intention of giving back no matter how dissatisfied you are." Secondly, their workmanship is sloppy; and lastly, their fabrics are cheap. Everyone should be aware that they should do themselves a favor, buy from ANYONE ELSE but this company.

I ordered a dress from this company called Hebeos. I should have known better after ordering the dress. I could not find a phone number or address for the company just an email for customer service. The dress came from an address in China in a plastic bag. This is a ball gown and I was upset how it was packaged. When I took the dress out the sequins were falling out and after my daughter tried it on it was lopsided. The seams were sewn unevenly from left to right and hand sewn in many parts where it should have been sewn by a sewing machine. Stitches showing in front of dress and loose. Worst dress I have ever seen put together. There are many positive reviews online so I took a chance. Big mistake. I contacted the company the day I got the dress and took pictures. They told me all the dresses are handmade and forget about the errors. They will not refund my money. If you google Hebeos review refunds you will see what other people have gone through. I hope this helps one person not to buy from this company. I paid with paypal and am hoping they will be able to get some of my money back.

Hebeos committed to deliver a dress by a deadline.

We tried to cancel as the deadline was drawing near but Hebeos said that the dress was under tailoring and that if we wanted to cancel we would lose 50% of the total. They asked us to confirm the cancellation and the acceptance of losing the 50% of the total amount paid.

We did not confirm as we did not want to be out the 50%.

We asked about the order again as the deadline drew near and they said it was still under tailoring.

After the deadline came and went, we asked them where the dress was and they said that we had canceled it. Even though they had told us just 10 days before that the dress was under tailoring (AFTER we had emailed about canceling), they then said we had canceled it and too bad, so sad.

Complaints to Hebeos along with copies of their emails have basically been unacknowledged.

No dress.

No 100% refund.

No 50% refund.

An internet search shows many customers equally as frustrated with this site.

They are not a legitimate business.

The dress is made with cheap material, does not look like the pictures posted on the site, and most importantly does not fit any of us. We tried on dozens of dresses at David's Bridal and are positive what our dress sizes are. This website is a scam beware. Also read their return policy as they will find a way not to return your item even if it is their fault. Even where it says they will give you a full refund they will not.

We ordered my daughters prom dress through HEBEOS.com a head of time & even paid extra for it to be expedited quickly to guaranty that it would be on time. We ordered on April 19th & received a confirmation that the dress would arrive on or before the 4th of May. They took the money out with in a couple days.

Prom was May 5th & we received the dress on the 8th of May. Multiple emails & they will not refund us the money even thou the dress has never been opened. PLEASE don't let your special day be a disaster buy through a trusted honest company.

I ordered a prom dress on April 4, 2018. Paid extra for rush shipping and never received the dress. They responded early on saying dress was being made and would arrive shortly. It is April 30, 2018 and I have lost contact with them. They won't return my emails and I have yet to receive anything. My order was $139. Please do not shop here. I wish I would have read about this company before placing my order.

I ordered a dress from them and they haven't shipped it . I ordered on the 3rd of the month they have not given me a tracking number or anything. It's for my daughter prom. I have to buy another dress. I spent 200 dollars with them and have lost it

I have been requesting the return form for some days now and I have not received on I refuse to let this company give me store credit,a discount, or anything I want a FULL REFUND. I paid $20 extra for rush order and the dress still came late. I want my money back for a thrown together dress.

On March 26th I ordered a prom dress for my daughter. I made sure I gave ample time to allow alterations to be made if necessary. The secure lock was on the internet website as secure. I assumed it was a legit website. I just received an email stating my dress was finishing up and would be received on the 16th of April. I went to their website and tried to chat with someone to get tracking info. I was given the runaround and then all of a sudden was transferred on the chat to a woman named Jane and all of a sudden the Chat turned into an automated response. I closed the page tried again. Tried on several occasions to reach someone and got no where. I paid $167.99 for her dress. Prom is in less a week away and I do not have a dress. I am very upset about this. I have sent several emails and received no response. They do not have a phone number to contact.

My daughter ordered a prom dress and it never came. My daughter emailed the company, and they told her that she would have to more to get the dress. She asked why as she already paid shipping and handling. They could not answer her and just told her to be patient, they are busy. Meanwhile, they charge our credit card. She now has her senior prom quickly approaching and no dress. When I went on the website, there is no address, business location, or customer service phone number. There are literally hundreds of complaints online about this company being a scam. Also, I went on a chat line to get a phone number to call and an address for the business. They responded by saying "thank you for your understanding." It is a completely fraudulent company that steals people's money and takes advantage of girls dress shopping online alone with their parents' credit cards. Please let others know about this so-called company that preys on teenage girls.
