Called for towing service. The representative who answered the call took credit card information, drivers license information but was vague on when the driver would arrive. They stalled and said they would call back. Numerous calls over a 3 hour period. A later call asked for more money because of the difficulty of the tow. When we finally decided to cancel they asked for an additional fee to cancel. Representative kept us at arms length by saying she needed to call and talk to the driver.
