Caller has been calling for months - sometimes 8-10 times a day. The called ID displays - ''CELL PHONE CA 661-805-7626' Never have answered before but we were getting tired of them calling so my husband picked it up and they asked 'is this (my husbands name).' He answered yes (big mistake). They offered a discount for cleaning heating and air conditioning. He told them to stop calling. But we have heard about callers asking a question and they record 'yes' response then use that as proof of agreement. Right after he said yes - he realized his mistake. He called them back and it said 'This is a non-working number'.
