He commented on the house underneath about a cat issue I already knew of. Not my cats by the way it's the neighbors' cats. Animal control is resolving the issue. "He said that if I didn't take of it that would make me ill." He seemed quiet and did not address the problems with furnace. He did however manage to say it was condemned regardless of warranty. I had to by a new unit. I have insurance and pay every month towards the unit nobody asked for paperwork or certificates when I approached, he didn't need to see it. They would take 300.00 dollars off the new unit price, and it would total he didn't comment on taxes too, that it would cost me another 4000.00 dollars. He also charged me 309.00 for the news and the hours it took him to figure it out. He was under the house for about 3 hours before he concluded that the furnace was condemned. I paid with hesitation. I should've the police. But I did not want all that drama around I was not prepared for it that day. I did call the non-emergency number and they said to contact the better business bureau. So now I have. I also called his manager no return phone call it's been two or more weeks since the incident. I have not heard anything from sunbeam period. I was told on the phone by a Justin that if my credit was good that I could finance through them for the new unit. I told him that my credit was not low but probably not high enough for the merchandise, He said let's give it a try anyway because we work with low credit, he said 395 score would be something to work with. my score was 497. which is a score that Justin said he would work with and give credit. I would've purchased the new unit right then and there. But Justin decided that he couldn't work with that score. I don't know what to do about this but to report it and hope for the best. I'm still without a heater. I got a quote from a guy named Gary for 2,100.0 for 50,000 btu heater with new forced air control. A 30-day warranty. I would prefer Sunbeam always have but I got admit they let me down. Have a wonderful day and I hope to take these known facts into consideration and help me. Thank you for your time.
