Heartemis or also know as WigCentral on TikTok sells wigs during a TikTok live half off with free shipping. I ordered a wig that is now ‘lost’ in the mail, their company stating that the reason I did not get my product was due to me moving and not leaving a forwarding address. When I contacted my local post they stated that the company Heartmis never put and address down for myself. Also the return address was incorrect and the package would not be returned to them either. Both postmasters from my local post office and their local post office, Rosemead CA, stated this. Per their policy, I can only get a $15 refund or pay an additional $15 and they will send out a new wig/the one that was returned back to sender due to an incorrect address. My address was 100% correct. They never got their product back. How can they charge me $15 to send back a product that was never returned to sender? Either way, they are making $15-$45 per transaction if you do business with this company. And as a customer you are out this money, never receiving any product. I’ve asked for a telephone number to talk to a person, never got it. I’ve asked for a manager and my ticket to be escalated, never happened. They keep reiterating the same policy that does not pertain to the situation I was in. They do not care about the customer. They are scammers.
