I don't know exactly how they got my info but I never ordered or received any keto max diet that I was billed for I disputed it the first time when they took 25 and tried to get 119 but I didn't have enough money now they took 119 and Cash app is saying its a preauthorization and they can't do anything about it yet

I also ordered a sealer from Facebook messenger and they charged me $119 period customer support is not contactable. . Like Facebook allows people like this to advertise on their platform is beyond me. I've contacted Facebook support but have not heard back.

They got me on the Facebook page on the Mini Sealer for free and only pay $1.95 for shipping, this company is a shakedown and fraud to the Industry and to all the companies and consumers on Facebook, if this is what Social Media has come too, then Social Media needs to shut down, ie, Facebook!

I had the exact same thing happen to me only I was purchasing Nano Liquid Screen Protector which was free as long as you pay for $1.95 shipping. No contact by my bank but when I go to my bank account online I see I was charged $83.50 by Heart Fire Max. Upon calling them I was hung up on 4 times before I got someone to talk to me. They said I authorized a VIP membership which I never saw anything about that. They told me they could only authorized a refund of 50% since I didn't want the VIP membership. How wrong that is.

I attempted to buy Nano tape at the web address above which was advertised as free with $1.95 shipping. Immediately after submitting my order I got at message from my bank that heart fire max had tried to charge $83.99 to my debit card. I never got a confirmation that my order for the Nano tape was processed so this has to be some kind of scam. I read the terms of service which basically said that they share information with other companies and they don't have to provide any information if they are under investigation for a scam.
