I ordered hearing aids (order# 505562) in November 2024 with a promised 30 day full refund. Per ULTRA's instructions I shipped them back on 12-18, 2025. As of April 27-2025 I have not received my refund. All of my contacts with ULTRA have been through their CHAT Ap. Their response each of the half dozen or so contacts has been that they have had so many returns that they are behind in processing them . Nearly 5 months!

Please advise what steps I can take to get my refund.
