I have communicated via phone and text with these folks to purchase a puppy, I asked specifically if the puppy could be shipped as it was coming from LA. It was an emphatic yes and the additional charge was $120. I sent $870 per the instructions and awaited the shipping detail. I got a text message from now the local agent who advised that I would be required to Zelle $1,250 for travel insurance and that it would be refundable. I contacted the seller and told him this was outrageous as it was not communicated nor did the shipping agent provide me any documentation that would show that this was refundable. I did not pay and am demanding a full refund and the seller has gone radio silent.
