HEALTHY KETO GUMMIES

I placed the order via the Facebook add. Firstly, I was charged double what I ordered. When inquiring, they said that the add-ons were not clear, and they refunded me for them. Then the product I ordered did not arrive since March until Aug. 23. When calling their call center they informed me that the product was lost in transit, and they can only refund on a PayPal acc. I do not have an FNB account, so PayPal is not an option even though they previously refunded directly to my account. Now they do not know of any lost package or any further refund. They are giving me the run around and I cannot accept this theft.
