Same scam with me. I sent for a "FREE" bottle of CBD oil for only $4.95 s/h from a Facebook ad. No mention of free trial, subscription, or recurring charges at all in ad. Received product in small box, no packing, no invoice or company information. Next month received another box in mail. Also received monthly bank statement which I looked at out of curiosity for any billing info. There it was, a recurring billing for $95.21. Went back and looked at previous months bank statement, there was withdrawal for $4.95 (s/h), and a recurring withdrawal of $95.21! I put second shipment back in mail, Return to Sender, Did Not Order, and went to bank to file a fraud claim. I was recredited my charges pending review by DISPUTES DEPARTMENT on 9/18/2020. On 10/26/2020 I received finding by the agency that this was not a fraudulent transaction in that I did order and receive the product, even though I did not consent to or have any knowledge of any "subscription" or recurring charges. I had to change my card number and incurred late charges on other payments due to this POS company! This company operates under many different names selling various products, all with the same deceptive marketing. Beware, look up their aliases, and DO NOT do business with these crooks! Better Business Bureau rating -F !

I responded to an ad on facebook that advertised a company that supplied keto capsules funded by investors from Shark's Tank. I signed up for a free sample with a promise that I would see results in a few weeks and would want to continue. It said nothing about signing up for a subscription. The capsules arrived and I took them as directed but they didn't seem to do anything, and I definitely didn't lose a miraculous amount of weight or any weight at all. But instead of simply not reordering, they started sending more and charging my bank account. I didn't notice for awhile, but when I did notice, I tried to figure out how to cancel the subscription. I found an email with a cancel subscription button but when I clicked it, I got an error message. I also tried to reply to the email, but got a different error message. I also found a phone number on the email but when I called it the first time, no one answered; the second and third times, my call was automatically answered and put on hold indefinitely.

I haven't figured out how to unsubscribe and will probably have to call my bank and change my card number. They continue to send me products randomly and charge my bank account varying amounts.
