ON 11/12/21 I RECEIVED A EMAIL OFFERING KATO DIET PILLS TRY OUT SAMPLES FOR $6.58 FOR THE BOTTLE. I BOUGHT THEM FOR MY WIFE TO TRY TO HELP HER WITH LOSING WEIGHT. SHE TOOK THE PILLS AND BECAME SICK AND WE HAD TO GO TO THE DOCTOR FOR IT. LATER THAT MONTH (11/26 AND 27) I RECEIVED A CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD FROM "BEST DIET( AKA- HEALTHY HABITS) and MOTIVATE for $119.98 EACH!!! No idea what this company is? I called the number on the statement and "Robert and then Jennifer stated that if you bought the KATO diet pills you automatically are enrolled in these two companies. I said I did not want these two and Jennifer canceled them, but i was STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE 2 CHARGES $119.98 EACH. I complained and they just laughed at me. This is defraud practice and a scam. They need to be stopped. I called back KATO (833-336-4003)and was told that the two companies are sister companies of KATO and I should call Healthy Habits at 800-604-6768. I called and it is a recorded message asking for numerous different business and you have to choose one or more. None were for Healthy Habits. I was defrauded again and out $239.

If there is ANY WAY you could contact these companies and get my money back it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
