I was looking to buy puppies and I saw a site that sold German shepherds so I inquired about it and the seller (John West) told me that he had the puppies that I wanted available and he told me the cost, $599 per puppy and $120 per puppy for delivery service (Service Fidelity Express) to be hand delivered to me so I went along with the whole payment process. First John west told me to send the money via cash app or Google pay and I tried to send it through cash app several times to him and his wife and cash app refunded my money every time. I'm thinking that it's something going on with cash app so I sent the money back to my account and then tried to send him the money through my husband's Google pay. It went through and he received two payments of $719.00, a total of $1,438.00. After that he said he would email me the bill of sales so I can sign it and then he would send me another email with the tracking number of the nanny service for my puppies because they were being flown to me. After I received the information, it had stated that they would pick up my puppies from seller and catch a flight at 10:45am in Nashville TN and then my puppies would be delivered to my door at 17:15pm same day. Hours later, I checked the tracking and nothing had updated or changed on the tracking site so of course I text the seller and asked him if the nanny delivery service had received the puppies or if there were any problems. He then told me that they picked up the puppies that morning. After that I received another email from the delivery service stating that they were in Richmond VA and they said that there was a problem with finishing the delivery. They said that there is a pet insurance policy that i need to pay them or my puppies won't be able to go through the next transit. They said that I needed to pay them $1,780.00 for both of my puppies so they can finish the delivery and until I pay that, they will stay where they are. I reached back out to the seller and questioned him about this crazy email I had just received from the nanny service and he claims he didn't know about it and that since I'm the owner and receiver of those puppies, I needed to pay that large amount. I told him that none of this was mentioned to me before I bought the puppies. So I want my money back and he can tell the nanny service to bring him back his puppies. I told him that on his website, it states a "30 day money back guarantee" and he told me that that was if the puppies had any health problems. I proceeded to explain to him that his website doesn't clarify what it is for so I want a full refund since I could not get my puppies. I also messaged the delivery service and asked them if I could personally drive to them to pick up my puppies so I wouldn't have to pay that ridiculous fee and the delivery service told me that that is not an option for me to come pick them up myself. After that, the seller John West ignored all other messages and my husband looked his information up and his information popped up on a scam site so I reported it to the police and to google pay and now you so hoping you can help me get this guy so he doesn't do this to anybody else. In addition to getting my money back.

I found the website online because I was looking for a dog. I contacted them and they got back to me so I didn't think anything was illegitimate. I agreed to purchase a pup and sent John West $720 for pup and flying the dog. He said they use a nanny delivery service that will bring dog to my door. Fidelity express sent me a contract and needed $580 for insurance on dog. Then they said the dog was being held in Indianapolis because I needed a permit because of Covid for $1800.00. Fidelity has a website that is servicefidelityexpress.com with a phone number that doesn't work 1-408-809-1734. I spent $3100.00 and was scammed.

This person text me and had good English, but used commas instead of periods, would say “am located in Pennsylvania” instead of using the word I and gave to the fact that he is a scammer after I accused him of it before paying anything. This website healthygermanshepherds.com is a scam and they claim to ship dogs to you via a nanny shipping service for an additional $120 which is not even realistic. Do not trust this website. It is indeed a scam. Luckily I didn’t pay any money to him before knowing that it was a scam and this guy is a fraud.
