Targeted Medicare patient in a rural community requesting a medical provider to write a prescription for Freestyle Libre diabetic testing system. Patient is not diabetic, no history of elevated blood sugars, or any medical reason for needing this very expensive system. Patient information has been deleted from corresponding attachment. Cursory search has no website, address, or verifiable information available to substantiate this is a legitimate business. Is using Walgreen's logo at top of correspondence in an attempt to legitimize scam.
