Many many many calls from a human telling us that he is providing braces for pain (back, knee, etc). He says that Medicare pays for it so “ it’s free”. When we have told him that we do not require such items he says that we should order them “just in case”. Several times he has called every 4 min all day. We rarely answer it but sometimes I get so angry and ask them to stop. That’s when they call more often. How do I get this to stop?
