Type of a scam Employment

Did not respond after I asked to talk to a representative

I got an email from with this subject Data Entry Clerk Specialist (remote) - $19-23/h, I did an interview by telegram and they asked for information, however I researched online and found this site, I asked to talk to someone before I gave them my information and was ignored. They also said something about me getting a check to purchase things I needed for the job:

The funds for the software programs/working equipment will be provided for you by the company via check.The check will cover the cost of a laptop, printer, scanner, time tracker , All software's with a fast internet connection you need to start working with.

The check will be issued out by any of our 107 affiliates in the United States in order to ensure its swift delivery since the company’s corporate office is in Australia. Make sure you use the funds as instructed for the software programs/working equipment and I will refer you to one of the company's certified vendors you are to purchase them from at a discount rate due to the company's long-lasting relationship and agreement with them. The vendor will be responsible for making the installations of the software programs with the required updates and patches before shipping them to you. All working materials come with the company's official logo branded on them.they will have you connected to the company database UNDERSTOOD ?

I applied to a remote job that was listed in Greensboro,NC. I was emailed by a person saying to download telegram app and message the hiring manager named Patricia Grace. I txted the person and did a whole interview with them based on 10 questions they asked me. They told me I was hired right away and a good candidate for the job and that they would send me a check to get all the materials/software I needed. I then did research and seen this could have been a possible scam. I stopped communicating asap.

I was looking on indeed for a job decided to apply to a remote data entry job. I emailed my resume since that is what the job posting said to do. I then received a email back from Laura Cooke with more information then was told to do an interview through the messaging service of telegram. Then was asked questions and then told that I would receive a check for 8950 to get started for the software and a 250 dollar sign on bonus. I then was told to send the money to Adam Wider for the vendor that would get the software sent. I was supposed to send that through cashapp but it didn’t go through so then she was saying to get bitcoin so I deposited 500 first then 1,200. My bank held the check and now I’m in debt on my account now for 10000 which I can’t pay because I thought this was a real job.
