Returned my watch due to inaccuracy in BP and pulse numbers. Was given an RMA#************. Sent the watch back immediately. They received (per the post office) the package on 1/26/2021. Contacted customer service on Feb 8 via email. I received an email back confirming receipt of the return and was told there was some problem reversing the charge on the original credit card. They then asked if I had a paypal account. I verified that was so, and gave the ok to send it to there. On Feb 12 I still had no money, and contacted again. Now they said they needed me to confirm that the email that they had was the one attached to the paypal account. I had already done so, so this sounds like a stall tactic to me. Shaon gets back to me on the 12th finally and tells me to have patience. So here we are in March and I have not seen any cash. I called on Wednesday and talked to Janber. He tried to tell me the same story about having to verify the email in order to send to the paypal account. I called him a liar. They contacted me today 3/12/21 and tried to say it did not go to Paypal because of an incorrect email again. I told them they tried that before. Then someone called me again and said they were sending a check because of issues with Paypal. But they had to verify my address first. I verified the address in the phone call and then received an email asking for the same verification. I sent the email back with the address verification. I just do not want any one else to have to go through this.
