A couple of wks ago I was doing research on walnuts and their health benefits. Among the different sites, one popped up stating that "Shark Tank" is promoting a weight loss product called Garcinia Cambogia. I know that this has been sold for yrs, but Shark Tank is a trusted company. I immediately phoned to place an order. I was told that I would receive an email confirmation. I never did. I did however receive my product in a couple of days as promised. There was absolutely now information that came with the bottle. Only the bottle of pills inside an envelope. I was sceptical, but looked the other products online that were similar, and the ingredients were the same. After trying the pills, if anything I think I'm gaining weight. The real problem is, I'm now sure more than ever that I've been scammed. the company name on the bottle is "Healthey"!..no where online can I see a website or any information for the spelling Healthey. I contacted customer service this morning to cancel my shipment. They asked why. I explained that I don't trust the company as I cannot find their name on any website or anything about them whatsoever, (until I hung up then I saw that others were scammed by that company name.). I explained that I don't trust the product as it does nothing. I explained that I feel they incorporated their contact information somehow with the ad from Shark Tank..After addressing these concerns to the rep, she never justified anything except to say I needed to give it more time. She never gave me a website or explained why the product didn't come with any information whatsoever. Couldn't explain why I couldn't fine Healthey on the web. Hopefully my shipment has been canceled.

I signed up for a trial of a face and eye cream ( $4.95 each) they explained that I could receive it monthly and I said I just wanted the samples. When I received my credit card statement I was charges $4.86,$4.89,$7929 & $89.96. I assumed they charged me for the next months product & called to tell them I didnt want more product but they said the charge was for the trial samples!! They completely lied when I made the initial call. I told them I would report them and they offered 25% off, I said I wanted all of my money back.

I filed a claim with my credit card company.

They tell you it is a free trail for 14 days they say you will have the product in 24 hours I didnt get it until 4 days later. So they charge my credit card for the bottle I didnt even started using
