Unfulfilled Online Order

Searching the internet for a particular item I located this company who advertised that they had the product at a set price. This was/is a difficult product to locate so I was relieved that this company could provide it. Processed an order on line including cc charges for product and shipping. Received email indicating product was ordered including an order #. Approximately three weeks later I received an email indicating that the product was no longer available and that I would receive a refund that may take from 2-8 days to receive. Two weeks later I contacted the company using the email provided advising I had not received a refund and requested an update on its status. In less than an hour I received an email from a "JJ" stating that I should be patient as sometimes it takes up to several weeks for a refund to show up in my account. As of August 12th no refund has been received. Upon following up one more time on the status of the refund I received another response from a company representative, "JJ" which is as follows..."I am sorry to hear that. In our system, it shows we refunded your order. However, I got concerned you didn’t get your refund so I checked with the credit card processor and it looks like it is taking a very long time for them to process refunds for some orders. They were unable to give me a timeline on how long it will take to process them. I would contact your bank if you need the money immediately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience." No matter what their system may say, and I consider their response to be bogus and very insulting, I have never received reimbursement for this charge against my cc.

My mom ordered some vitamins from this HealthCentralUSA.com website and her ordered products was never sent out to her. In addition, there is not customer service support number to call. Only can email them about the status, and when we did email them, there were no response at all. This website should be taken down before more innocent customers fall to this scam website.

I ordered very expensive systemic enzymes at supposedly wholesale prices. I never received a confirmation email, but did receive order confirmation via text with a link to my order the details of which I must sign in to access. I am, however, unable to log in successfully. There is no phone contact available on the website.
