Contacted this tele-health company in October to get a referral. Was contacted by an individual who identified herself as a doctor and she referred me to get blood work with the promise that a follow-up appointment would be booked to review the next steps. Within a few days I had my blood work done by a third party clinic. I waited over 5 weeks for a response. I tried contacting via phone, their website and email, with no response. I looked at their reviews and found a new email address in some of the responses from MD Connected. I sent an email to that new email address asking for a follow up appointment. I received a response within a couple days asking me to schedule a follow-up appointment on their website. Despite numerous attempts to do so their site would not allow me to book an appointment. I sent an email explaining my difficulty. They at first ignored my email, then again asked me to book on their nonfunctional website. Until now they are refusing to book a follow-up appointment. They also claimed at one point that they could not find my blood results and asked for my health card number again. I suspect this business is just collecting OHIP finds with no intention of offering true medical services. I did have to pay for some of my blood work out of pocket. Since I’m not a medical practitioner I cannot access these results.
