Healthcare monitoring scam Reports & Reviews (1)

- Cordova, TN, USA • Jul 23, 2024

Scammer claimed to be associated with my primary care physician (PCP) and would provide weekly telephone calls to discuss any health and wellness questions or concerns I might have. They obviously knew who our PCP was. My PCP didn't know anything about this "remote care program" and advised us to just ignore them. She felt as did we that these scammers would eventually ask for money. The number that Foundational Care provided to sign up for their "free" health service is: 615-437-7750. After not responding to any of their several email invitations to sign up, they mailed me a letter which I have kept and scanned. I could send it to you as an attachment if you like.
