was searching on work websites for job, (entry data entry), i sent numerous resumes, and today I received an email from a Sarah Doherty, HR assistant from Healthcare Fraud Solutions. gave an overview of the position, training, pay, and benefits. would be giving a laptop and mifi. either full or part-time, a daily routine of what the job entails, What caught my attention was the pay. started out at $28 hr after 2 weeks training, goes to $30. this is job that requires a hs diploma, and typing, and organization. kind of vague for a job that offers a high amount per hour. I looked on here and found 7 inquiries, same thing, all around july23-30 2026. website is standard, vague, and some misspelling.

I was applying for Data Entry jobs when all of a sudden I was contacted by a company I didn't recognize, Healthcare Fraud Solutions, it looked a little weird, usually companies have a name that stands out, more unique.

This was my first scam I encountered, so it only has my name, phone number, and email, and maybe my address [I'm not entirely sure]. At first I thought I had gotten a pretty decent job, listed as $30 an hour.

They made me do an assessment, but I don't think it did anything, and there were some pretty convincing questions on there, some of them were timed and difficult to know as someone with no experience with Data Entry, they had also claimed to have a mandatory free training for 2 weeks with $28 an hour listed.

I received an initial email from a Lindsey Young ([email protected]) thanking me for applying to a Remote Data Entry position for Healthcare Fraud Solutions, and asked me to send my resume to [email protected], which I did. I got a reply with an overview of the position responsibilities and benefits with a signature line for Sarah Doherty. Next I got a response with two links, one for an employee form and a test link where I was asked to answer some questions that seemed like normal questions for a Data Entry position. I did these both. Then I got a brief email with a job offer pdf attached. I will attach screencaps of the emails and the "employee form" I was asked to fill out, as well as the offer letter.
