Saw an ad for weight loss and clicked on it, adding my text info to receive more news. Got an offer to try for $4.95 shipping. I went to the website, which coincidentally, can only be accessed by text they send you. I signed up for the free trial and paid shipping, but when I was ordering, pop-ups began appearing and I couldn't click out of anything, so I hit home button on my phone and closed out everything and rebooted. I then received an email from them saying my order was complete.  checked my bank account and there were 2 charges, $4.95 and $47.90 from IMMENSESIMPLESTYLE.COM. I called them as soon as they opened and disputed the charges and was told they were able to refund me $39.95 but I would be charged shipping because the products had already been sent out.  I have now emailed the company numerous times as well as calling them requesting update on the tracking, as it has not changed and only says label created for 9 days now. I have sent email this morning requesting entire refund and cancel shipping immediately.
