This number (304-220-8794) called my husband's cell phone multiple times. I finally answered and the man on the other end asked if I could hear him and that he was from a place called Health Wise. He asked if there was anyone in my house who was in pain. I hung up.

Dec 10th, 2016: Ordered (3) Bottles of Health Wise Omega Fish Oil from website(consumerssurvey.org/Real-Fish-Oil). Cost $99.00

Received immediate conformation #. Stated tracking # would follow.

Waited 6 days & no tracking #

Called phone # listed. States all operators are busy. Hangs up after app 2 minutes.

Tried 4 times ,same thing. Sent 3 e-mails to e-mail address. No response.

Address listed for transaction was:

1453 W 40 South , Lindon Utah 84042

That is a ghost location. Empty storefront.

Phone # is listed as other location phone #.

It also appears that this company is selling at other locations on the internet and under other names.

I have notified my credit card company .
