Scammers

I had mistakenly ordered a product from them by way of a link in Facebook. It was supposed to be mastercannery and a CBD product. My credit card was immediately chared for $168.00 cdn. I tried to contact customer service and it was not easy and ended up with this health wellnes live store.
It took 6 weeks to get the product and it was not CBD but Hemp seed and when I spoke to a girl at customer service she told me to take the product as directed and if I found no help at 2 weeks to call and they would refund me. At the same time she said to appologise for the lateness she would send 2 more bottles
After that period I contacted them again and the rep told me it was too late to issue a refund, eventhough it took them 6 weeks to get to me. He said the 30 day refund starts upon shipping. I asked for a supervisor to call me and he said he would but nothing happened. I waited a wekk and emaailed them again. Another fellow called me and stated there would be no refund as the time frame was well past. The 30 day refund policy starts the day the order is placed and not wehn you get the product, he didn't even care that the product advertissed and what I got was not the same.
I can only tell people readding this to read the terms closely, better yet don't get caught and waste your money. This company has scammed me and I can only hope you do not get caught. I am reall pi***d with Facebook for not checking out these scammers before folks get caught up in their scams

I was looking for CBD gummies to help me sleep. It seemed like every search took me to the same product. I saw a special that appeared to be buy 2 get 2 (as in 2 free). I opted for that and thought I was in for $48. After hitting the button, I was immediately taken to the option to buy another product. I went past this prompt but when I got another, I realized that I should have scrolled down to say NO! There was never an option to review my order before I was charged. I tried to contact their customer service suspecting a scam. No replies, of course. The ended up charging me for all 4 gummie jars and the extra product. Now, I have ANOTHER charge. I have contacted Apple support and have to change my credit card numbers to make this stop. Be careful out there!
