So I live in Central America, and I work as a freelancer mostly for call centers. I contacted this guy named Rene Figueroa, who was supposed to be a manager or team lead for this company Health Solutions. He told me first that they were requiring people who had good English to start a campaign for health insurance, we only had to qualify and connect someone who needed health insurance to a broker agent and that was it. Payroll was 7$ per hour 40 to 45 hours a week, weekends off. He told me to contact his boss the owner as I believed Randy Gonzalez, so I sent him an email with my resume. Randy answered and gave me the steps for on boarding, very simple and sent me some videos which were recorded maybe with his phone nothing professional as I was used to but I thought these guys are a startup or something. They only communicated with us through Skype, they added a group called "Central america" and another "Overseas". When I was added there was an employee who was saying she didn't got paid on time and she was really angry, Randy soon apologized saying she barely worked a few hours and she was not aware of how things worked and even sent us a snip of her hours, so I thought she was overreacting. Then things started to come up strange, first the script provided mentioned the company's name was eAgent Direct, then eHealth, and then Health Solutions, that was pretty strange for me so I started working less hours just to make sure I was going to get paid, then everybody started saying they were not getting payed, Rene always had a perfect excuse for not to pay, he said Randy was confused with the numbers, then they were having issues with the bank, they even made us sign papers for them to pay with this woman from Venezuela, Rene said Randy had to pay them and then he will pay us. Shortly they said that people from Central America will not get paid 7$ the hour but 4$ just because we were in Central America. I was never payed a single dollar for what I worked, I was kicked out of the Skype groups just because I was asking about my payroll, I sent an Email to Randy Gonzales but he only gave me lame excuses. You need to be careful with Randy Gonzales and Rene Fonseca who resides in Nicaragua.
