I received a phone call this evening from Health Org claiming that I or someone else using my email had ordered braces. They did not specify what kind of braces but just kept repeating over and over that it was covered by Medicare. They had my street address. I finally ended the phone call by telling them I don’t have any braces and I don’t want any braces. And if somebody had ordered braces from my email account then it was done fraudulently as I have no orders from doctors for braces. At this point they hung up.

At around 2:35 on the afternoon of January 13, 2018, I received a phone call from a company which came across caller ID as "HEALTH ORG". The caller sounded like a male, possibly of Indian dialect. He stated that he was calling regarding my diabetic supplies. I thought it was odd as I don't have diabetes. He stated my doctor requires me to test at least once a day. He stated my information for verification purposes, He had it all, my name, my address, my date of birth, and obviously my phone number. He asked if I was still under United Healthcare, or Blue Cross. He started to transfer me to someone else to get these supplies to me, when the other person came on the line, I hung up... I had started thinking, maybe he had me mixed up with my husband who does have diabetes... yet the only company we would get supplies from would be our pharmacy... My guess is that there would have been a request for credit card information to complete the processing. I received a second call a few minutes later (at 2:49pm) but did not answer.

Caller says, "this is Joe and I'm on a recorded line. Can you hear me?" At that point one of us hangs up
