Back on 1/17/17 I requested a free sample product of Flawless Spring Cream through through their website - www.FlawlessSpringCream.com. During the online checkout process, there was no information indicating auto-enrollment into their auto-ship program or that my credit card would be automatically charged for the full retail price.
Upon receiving my product sample in the mail, there was also no invoice, no emails nor supplemental collateral that described any information about the auto-enrollment/auto-shipment program mentioned above. In addition, there was no mention of a trial period of 18-days before auto-enrollment into their monthly auto-ship program would be initiated. What's even more unsettling is that I have not received any additional products in the mail to justifying any additional charges to my credit card since my first sample of Flawless Spring Cream.
This is unacceptable to be charged a total of $359.68, since 1/31/17. When in fact, I only agreed to pay $9.94 for a sample to be shipped on 1/17.
I have tried to reach the merchant by phone with no luck. I have emailed them to request an immediate, full refund for unauthorized charges to my credit card as outlined below.
