Only accepted offer because the government offered health insurance and 1400 a month subsidy every month for gas groceries and utilities. Commercial

tells people they get a subsidy cash card along with their health card. Received health card but no cash card. Called yesterday and they said the subsidy paid for the health card. This is not what the commercial said. Propaganda has no place in America.

1: Filled out a request for insurance quote on something I found using "coveredNV.gov" or similar. I have been covered under employer insurance for many years.

2: Agents began calling me within seconds, and still have not stopped.

3: Weeks later I chose the 1st agent that called me. I dialed 858-346-5861, the number on which I spoke to a gentleman for about 10 minutes. (He had provided a different "home phone" but I got flooded with texts and calls since then)

4: The call to them was answered with no company name, just "if you want to buy insurance press #..." which I did and reached Nicole. I gave her all my important data, agreed to a plan, and she sent me something via SMS that would've taken 20 minutes to read, so I scrolled through it and e signed. No copy of it or anything else came via email or otherwise. Tapping the link again brought me to a message something like: "this is already executed" with no indication of company name or description. I was given a bunch of empty promises such as "you will get a membership card within 2 days". Also her direct number: 888-611-7032.

5: Nothing came in the mail. I called the 888 number which disconnected me a few times. Reached a CSR (Nicole was not available) who gave me: www.multiplan.com and my membership number so I can look up a specialist and print a card.

Multiplan is not an insurance carrier nor broker but they do carry a list of physicians. I googled the 888 number and it had a scam tag. 4-5 days later still got no member card, so I disputed the charge through my bank, successfully. I also found a way to a membership card, and it wasn’t a health insurance card but 3 unrelated “memberships”, 1 of which was “identity theft protection”. Yesterday, a full 10 days after speaking to Nicole, I got a card in the mail, redacted and attached.

I do not believe any of it.

I called to get health insurance and this place said they would help me, they said I would have to pay 1st month up front plus an additional 150.00 as a fee. the next day I called to schedule an appt at a doctors office and the office said they never heard/insurance does not exist. I then called the main number back(they never answered the phone with their company name) person answered and put me on hold and said he would call my doctors office billing dept and doe a three way call, the woman who he called said "oh yes we take that insurance and she hung up so I asked if I could have her number (not a valid number. I then cancelled and did not receive any money back. I did let my bank know to change my card number and make a note in my account to block any transaction they may try to get from my account.

I answered a call on my cell phone from US Financial Assistance Department. Health Enrollment Center. The caller told me I did not have to pay any money or answer any personal questions. No banking information was needed. They would ask me a number of questions. They told me how to answer the question. The first question. Do you have health insurance. They told me to answer no. I was told to answer no again to the second question. I was to say I want an individual plan. The next answer $300 a month. The next annual income $25,000. Next answer no. Next answer was yes. I had health insurance but I lost it month ago. The last was my age. I was to say 60 and born in 1962. If I answer all these questions they would verify. I would be transferred to the initial person I spoke with. I would receive a $2450 check through UPS. When they transferred me I asked what company are you with. He gave me the same name. I did not answerer any of their questions. I hung up Somehow they knew my address. I do not have the phone number that called. I wanted to report the call.

when I searched online "Health insurance for Idaho" a website came up which I clicked on and it had me put in basic info to receive a quote and then a live agent called me. The gentleman was very kind however several things were red flags. He said he's licensed to work in all 50 states and looks for multiple plans and tells me which is the best option. He told me what he felt the best option was and if I wanted it I had to pay and sign for it right then and there. I was not able to talk with my husband about the insurance plan and then call the gentleman back, I had to pay now because it was a "live quote". He was clearly using a scare tactic. He said that they have a 30 day refund policy that if I don't want the plan or change our minds I can just get the money back. (Although there was no where of that in writing) I stupidly trusted him initially and paid the money and signed. Fortunately, my card was declined because they didn't ask and I didn't clarify that the mailing address was different than the billing address. At this time I added my Father in law to the call as he has always used a private insurance and asks the hard questions. He asked for a email or copy of the insurance plan the gentleman was proposing which the gentleman said he wasn't able to send a copy or details of the plan until AFTER I paid and signed.... My father in law also asked the name of their business which they told us and then he asked for their address which they then IMMEDIATLEY hung up. A couple minutes later they called back but this time it was the supervisor and "apparently" he couldn't hear me when my father in law was still merged on the call. After I hung up with my father in law and just talked to the supervisor he said he canceled my application for me and said I could search Healthsherpa.com to be able to view insurance plans. I then asked for their business's address which he then immediately hung up again.

The fraud alert said the declined transaction was from "Health program" . I'm pretty sure the name of the company I was told was MSH marketing and the plan he was proposing was Multiplan PPO. On what appears to be the official website for Multiplan PPO it states that "Their services are offered to health care plans, not individuals, as they do not sell insurance or offer any medical services.
