I would like to know why this insurance is conducting some many scams we have had this insurance since july 04/2018 and every 4 months it is terminated and another policy is opened they have charged us way to much money for the doctors and etc then we get bills stating we owe for these services I would like to know how to get all our money refunded for a fake insurance company

This is just very wrong of them to take peoples money knowing they are not a real insurance company

Please contact me and let me know what i can do

Thank you

I am reporting this company as a scam. They may sound legit on the phone whereas a means to lure you into thinking that you are getting outstanding Health insurance for the fraction of the cost from reputable insurance companies. DO NOT SIGN OR GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFO. They wanted my social security number, home address, and bank account information. THEY ARE A SCAM. Luckily, I did my research and found they had several thousands of complaints online. Not to mention the thousands of unsuspecting hardworking families that are in need of reliable Health insurance. I pray that no one else becomes of a victim of this company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. BLOCK THEIR NUMBER.

In January of 2018, I thought I was calling marketplace insurance. The person I spoke with represented himself as working for marketplace, but this was not true. I was told that I could get Geisinger medical insurance for $204 per month, plus initial application fee. Recently, I spoke with someone at Geisinger and they received no money. I called the same phone number and was lied to again that my premium was going towards my Geisinger health plan. This is scam! I believe the website was called "go health". I've lost over $1000. Consumer beware!

I went to a website for affordable healthcare website and the calls started pouring in. I signed my daughter up and they took her money 322.62 and i signed an edoc for a fake federal insurance policy. It stated I had 30 day free trial period and if we didnt use the insurance we get a full refund. I cancelled it the very next day and they took the money. I kept calling to let them know we had been charged and its been a whole month no refund. We got charged overdraft fees and lost over 500.00 waiting for the 10 day refund process. Also called my bank wells fargo and they investigated it and found them not fraudulent. I am very upset with my bank too for not taking action to get our money back.

Advertisement on TV lure one into believing they can provide you with excellent Health Care Insurance, but what was sold was provided was a Discount Plan not as insurance as requested. The informed you it is a PPO plan. The request was for a PPO Plan with *** or *** *** ***. What was actually provided was a Discount Insurance Plan and in an attempt to call was put on hold and disconnected. They are not fully telling the truth, but agreeing to provide one with the insurance plan requested.

We signed up under the impression that this is actual Heath insurance and it is not. Money was also taken out of my account without authorization but they say we authorized autopay, which we did not.

I was contacted by the company and given an offer for health insurance as well as life insurance at an affordable rate, with low cost medication copays, and with patient preference to doctors and hospitals. I have been paying $49.95 to Health Insurance Innovations, and $34.65 to AIG a month since February of 2016 (plus a $100 sign up fee),and was lead to believe that my plan was active and covered by an agent named Eric Lopez. My first problem was never getting a health insurance card, and still not receiving one, despite repeated requests. Recently I became sick with tonsillitis and had to go to the emergency room with a fever steady at 103.6. First I attempted to contact Eric, who I was told would be my insurance representative. Upon attempting to contact him I found that his phone number was no longer valid, and I now had no way of informing the company that I was headed to the ER as their customer support does not function on the weekends. I gathered what little information I could on my health insurance for the ER, and hoped that it would be enough. I was prescribed an antibiotic, and upon going to the pharmacy was met with having to pay full price for the medication despite the 'savings card codes' the company had given me. 05/01/16 was the date of my hospital visit, and today, 05/23/16 I received my bill from the hospital, to be paid in full by me. The cost is astronomically out of my budget and I have had to set up a monthly payment plan. I have tried contacting the company to terminate service and demand a refund but have yet to get through with out being disconnected. I want the money I have lost back, and to cancel my accounts and any further payments to them asap. I have incurred overdraft fees time and time again trying to keep up with what I thought was at least peace of mind, but now have more headaches to deal with than I already do.
