I'm pretty sure this was going to be a scam. I received a call that went to voice mail from "Shelby" offering me a "significant discount on my health insurance coverage for 2023", available on a "first come, first service basis" and needed to call 866-598-1628 ASAP and reference an alpha/numeric code. I called to find out what it was about and how they got my number and was told that I had filled out a form requesting information. I told them I had not filled out such a form and to remove me from their records. Was told I would be removed from their call list. The call came in from 508-286-7297. I do not know what country to call originated from.
