I made two purchases on this site on April 20, 2020. The first purchase was a nebulizer that I paid for with a debit card and the second purchase was for 2 nebulizers that I paid for with a different card than the first purchase.

As of this date (5/28/2020) none of the 3 nebulizers has arrived.

I have sent them many emails and they always reply that they have delays in sending due to the crisis caused by COVID-19, they send me the information of the tracking number (which never returns any results when it comes to tracking it).

I asked them for my money back but they say they can't do it because they already sent me the nebulizers.
