They didnt let me say anything and when i did they kept talking over me and was ignoring what i was saying to them and i asked to speak to someone higher up and they hung up so i called back next lady did the same thing automatically calles me by my first name and i asked again to speak to someone highwr up they ignored what i was sayimg was talking over me and finially i cut her off and asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me that wasnt possible and hung up on me
