Company reached out to a couple family members regarding a claim I supposedly had regarding my health insurance and that there was a case pending against me regarding fraud? Since I am on Medicaid/Fedelis I ALWAYS get calls from Fedelis. When contacted, the man refused to give me the name of the company nor offer an explanation as to why family was contacted instead of me if I had the same phone number I’ve always had on file. His response was the tracking company gave them that information. When I asked again what the nature of the business was again, he refused to answer me and just repeated it was in regards to a claim against me, at which point I hung up and attempted to find the number associated with the text message. I came across a post saying they were calling others regarding cases pending against them as well. I have included only a screenshot of the message sent to family because I can’t send both.
