In 2016 I had and *** *** and called HCAMS for help. I was sent to Recovery Institute of South FL. (RISF), which has since been shut down by the FBI. After 5 week of NO treatment, I returned to ** nonfunctional. When I went to return to work I had to fight with Terry Livorsi, whom I couldn't get a straight answer from. My therapist called Terry and was told that only he [Terry] could send me back to work. I spoke to my HR dept. and found out I had to change the doctor on my papers.

Most people who were involved with the HCAMS/ RISF scam were held at RISF for 90 days with no real treatment, just NA/ AA if you were addicted and nothing but psychological abuse if you weren't addicted. Along with constant and unneeded urine tests. Meanwhile, HCAMS/ RISF drained your med insurance.

Most of came home in worse condition, me. Nonfunctional, a coworker of mine became an alcoholic and is afraid to leave her house, another woman committed suicide.

The FBI was investigating, but I am not sure if they still are. There was an artical from the BOSTON GLOBE AND STAT NEWS (by: Evan Allen) about the whole thing.

I am emailing this as a scam because Terry is starting business i. Connecticut and as a victim of Terry Livori, I want people to know what they are in for, if they use HCAMS. PLEASE, seek treatment through you medical insurance and close to home.
