I received a call stating that I qualify for a federal grant in the amount of $14,589.00, Joe Williams (the scammer) stated that I would need to bring my state identification/drivers license card, my debit card,& a percentage of the loan (which was $200.00 & I'd get my $200.00 back after completing the application process) in order to complete the application process. I've never heard of anything such as this, so I was cautious about the whole ordeal,& just want to know if this is legit or a scam. Please let me know something ASAP, thank you for your time as well as for your assistance...
