Smartwatch trial with no watch

Noticed a charge for $109.88 on my bank account. Called the number 844.962.1945. Apparently I ordered a smartwatch with a 2 week FREE TRIAL. After 2 weeks I was charged for the smartwatch I never received, but will get by the 24th of January. Gonna get an 82% discount after the 24th. Nice. Discount me for something I did not order or get. Bogus charge. Calling again to get a person that I can understand. The other person was to give me a tracking number. She hung up on me first.

I ordered what their Facebook ad said was a "free bottle" of Healix CBD oil. I had to pay for shipping which was $7.91, so I provided my LL Bean credit card number and was billed on 2/2/21. It was billed by "BuyIQHealthCom" and the phone number shown was 844-962-1945. About a month later I received another bottle and was charged $109.88. I cancelled both my and my husband's credit cards on 3/29 to stop these charges because no one answers the phone number given on the website. There may be another charge of $109.88 billed in March on what would be our last LL Bean bill. As of this writing on 3/30, we haven't received it.
