I ordered a headset Friday, April 27th, 2018. Noticed that the shipping was FREE so researched the company's shipping policy (pasted from website):

Headset Gallery has made thousands of products available for free shipping every day.

Get free ground shipping on all orders.

Headset Gallery ships only NEW products from warehouses throughout the United States using major common carriers such as UPS, Fedex, USPS etc.

Most orders will ship the same day or next business day depending on the time of order placement / acceptance.

Delivery is generally expected within 3 to 7 business days however more than 90% of our shipments arrive to customers within 2 to 3 business days of order placement due to close proximity of our warehouses to most major cities in the US.

We only ship to the continental US.

Note: We do not ship to these specific locations or addresses such as Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates (Puerto Rico), APO/FPO, PO Box addresses.





I was sent an email a week later Friday, May 4th, 2018 stating:

Dear (name here),

Hope you had a great start to the day. We are glad you choose us for your recent purchase of "Plantronics DuoSet Headband". Your shipment is packed and ready to be shipped.

Unfortunately, our credit department has encountered some issue with the payment transaction recently, we tried to contact you on the mentioned number on Order details, but were unable to reach.

Request you to call us back, or help us with a suitable time to connect and resolve the matter asap so that we can ship your order immediately. The Order will on hold until this is verified.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I immediately called the number above and was asked to verify a lot of personal information and the money had already been deducted from my bank and cleared on April 27th, 2018. Asked the customer service rep to please refund me because I didn't feel comfortable with giving so much information if I typed everything online to place order (this have never been done with an online order, ever in my history of e-commerce).

After the weekend still no response of a refund/receipt/email, called again Monday, May 7th to find out what the results are and I'm told I have to wait 30 minutes to talk with the consult team to get a refund. Instead of getting the call back as I requested, I received this email:

Dear (name here),

We received your inquiry from Support Team WRT your Order. At present, it is being prepared and will ship out before end of the day. Due to the weekend, our warehouses were closed, which caused this delay to happen.

We will try our best to fasten this process for you and provide you the tracking info.

Thanks for being our Valued Customer and giving us a chance to serve you.

I have requested a refund twice and still I'm getting the run around with the product that should have been on it's way last week. Also, the hold music/announcement have nothing to do with headsets I would like to add.
