Mind you, I just found out the first red flag is that this is not the original name of the company I browse through, It was a company selling 'XLG" it was to offer a "free Trial" and pay S/H o6 6.95... after going through mass pop-ups and prompts I finally get to check-out and no dollar amount is shown, so you are lead to believe you ONLY being charged 6.95. later that day I checked my e-mail and found I had additional charges. I call customer service and I was connected to a very rude customer service rep who refuse to refund the additional charges and when I asked to cancel my or for a full refund, I was told it was "processed' and could not be refunded, even if it wasn't sent out...but I could return the bottle (at my cost) they say It's a "free trial" but you actually have to pay 119.00 a month. SCAM!
