Received ad saying Free Dash Cam Camera just pay shipping. ordered it and approximately 30 days later received a credit Card statement for $89.99. Called the merchant and was given a P.O. Box 523 in Granby, Ct. 06035. to return camera back for a refund. Sent it back 08/03/2021. Filed a dispute with my credit card and was granted a hold on the charges. 3 days ago my credit card company posted the charges back on my statement claiming they contacted the merchant and was told they never received it. Contacted the P.O. in Grandy Ct. where I mailed it to and they confirmed the company did have a P.O Box 523 but had not picked up their mail in months. Was also told by the USPS that they only hold mail for a short amount of time and if not picked up would return it to the sender. I never received it back so that proves they picked it up.Also discovered Head Camera store does not exist but the Business that has that P.O. Box is actually at 596 Mountain Rd. Newington Ct. 06111. This is definitely Fraud
