I was just contacted as well. Saying I had taken out a payday loan over the computer. Even told me the name of my bank and certain members of my family I used as references. One of them was my mother who was dead for over 10 years at the time they said I did this this was supposed to have been done in September 2016 like the other person said before me told me they could take $600 and some change if I paid it today if not I would be paying over $1000 by the time it went to court and that it was on me to prove that I did not do that.
I asked for a name and phone number she said her name was Angie phone number 877-497-8545 extension 1042

I just received a call from this HDC and they called my husband also indicating that I had an unpaid cash advance of $600 from 5/1/2016. Also listed some other people. Knew where I banked, new a previous employer. This is scary.

Got a call today looking for me under a married name I've not had or used in 16 years...they had my last 4 of my social security number and named people I knew and my current address etc...stated that I owed $600 and some dollars for a cash express loan from 2016...I've never taken out a cash express loan in my life. Said if I didn't pay it I'd be responsible for $2000 some dollars and it would go against my credit report.

They just did the same to me. They couldn't tell me who the company is, or any of the company's contact info

Keeps calling and texting regarding a Payday loan in the amount of 600$ and provided me my full social security number and past addresses. Claiming they will take me to court if I don't pay immediately, very rude people. I did not take out such loan.
