I received a very official looking $9500 invoice from HB2 laboratories. Had a PO box to send payment with the option to pay by Visa or Mastercard. There was absolutely no description of services provided, date, physician, hospital notta. Since I hadn't had any procedures that required lab work I simply ignored the invoice. About 2 weeks later I received a follow up call from someone claiming to represent HB2 from a foreign sounding individual who was being very vague about the purpose of the call. When I asked what state he was calling from, expecting to hear Michigan, he told me they outsourced and he was in India. I promptly ended the call. This is a scam. Hold onto your money!
