once the seller was pushed on the fact that they should have known about the insurance and that since it was part of the shipping cost they should be responsible for it and that they either needed to cover the insurance or refund our money, the seller went silent, no other communication.
once the shipping company was asked for a copy of the government regulation they were referring to and it was pointed out that what they were trying to claim was for animals coming into the US from outside the country and this animal was originating from inside the US that no other papers were required, the shipping company went silent
