About two weeks ago I purchased a "trial" subscription for cbd pills for my bad back. I only paid for the postage. I have tried to cancel the trial twice, but have not received any acknowledgement from them. Yesterday (12-9-20) I noticed they took $99.98 out of my checking account. I immediately called my bank, but they had no information on the company. I have lodged a complaint with the bank as well as cancelling my debit card and I was issued a new one. Yesterday they had a website, today they do not. There is no phone number to contact them and my e-mails to them go unanswered. I live on social security, so this is a major setback for me. I want my money refunded to me immediately. If there is any way that you can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
