I placed an online order for a holiday gift basket to be delivered that was to include multiple bottles of wine, cheese and chocolates in the amount of $212.60. The only item delivered was a small box of chocolates. I tried to contact the company multiple times via their customer service number and I would sit on hold forever without ever reaching a person. I tried to contact them via their online chat service, same thing, no one ever answered. I sent multiple emails to the company's customer service address and received a template response. This company has ripped me off and is a complete sham!
